Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain Finance Modernization OVERVIEW: As the Supply Chain Finance Modernization Senior Financial Analyst, you will have a differential opportunity to support a critical initiative for the North America Supply Chain Finance team. SCF Modernization is a project focused on improving forecast accuracy, providing actionable insights to the business, and driving joint accountability across Supply Chain Finance, Pillars, and OUs. This will be achieved through developing process, dynamic tools, and changes in ways of working (North America first, roadmap to global). This project will have three key workstreams: transforming how we explain and analyze “rate”, connecting financial and operational metrics and real-time reporting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver meaningful change and impact by supporting each workstream, driving process change and new ways-of-working along with new technology-enabled solutions. This role will offer diverse and unique experiences that will develop partnership for impact across the Function, Supply Chain & OU/Segment levels, while also providing broad exposure to the SC Finance Pillars. You will help support the change throughout the function, leveraging an effective change management strategy, along with leading across D&T partners to implement technology-related solutions. This role also provides unique exposure to leaders within the organization, which allows for differential development opportunities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support the 3 key workstreams within SCF Modernization across process, ways-of-working and technology. Define detailed requirements, ensuring alignment and integration with existing Finance capabilities and processes, partnering with the project team Partner with Global FP&A Capabilities Process Leads on testing and issue resolution of workstream capabilities Develop and facilitate training with all necessary stakeholders to drive adoption and success Lead project pilot(s) within Pillars Ensure adoption of tools, resources, and process across SC. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of related work experience Attributes to be successful Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills Project management, learning mindset, and resourceful problem solving Solid understanding of P&L planning and business process Technical aptitude and interest in the digital landscape PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of GMI systems including BPC, AFO, SAP Finance experience within Supply Chain or an Operating Unit Experience in planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting leveraging our PEAK processes COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
