We are looking versatile professional like you to work on a variety of supply chain advisory projects, deliver meaningful and exceptional client services. What you will do As a Senior Consultant in our Supply Chain Advisory practice focusing on procurement & supply chain technologies - you will use your strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team. In this role you will have responsibility for the following: Lead workstreams during solution implementation including key activities – solution design, requirements gathering & fit/gap analysis, process mapping solution configuration, testing, training, supplier enablement, go-live preparation. Provide expertise and knowledge for full spectrum of client-related business activities and projects, while taking accountability for leading client engagements. Conduct comparisons of current processes to leading practices to identify client performance gaps and contribute to corporate-wide supply chain diagnostics efforts. Supporting client pursuits business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives. Building your technical and analytical expertise by delivering high quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues. Working with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across the Operations. Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders; facilitate workshops and meetings to drive engagement and collaboration. Grow your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior consultants. What you bring to the role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent undergraduate degree combined with relevant work experience. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and 1-2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Negotiation and/or Contract Management transformation project. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Experience working in a professional services or consulting firm, specifically in a client facing role across various industries. Knowledge of end-to-end procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) and technical knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Workday, Oracle) would be an asset. An MBA will be considered an asset, as well as additional Supply chain certifications are also considered an asset (ex.: CPIM, SCMP). Experience in procurement and business transformation, whether in terms of performance improvement, process review, drafting of governance documents and/or technology implementation.
