Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from agile best practices and values Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement Guide Agile teams to consistently delivery customer value Work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, customer workflow, and to help identify the skills and teams needed to deliver value Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Scrum teams Guide the team in release planning, defect management, root cause analysis and project timelines Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Quarterly planning Work with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team. Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency What We’re Looking For: Experience leading teams in delivery using Agile practices as a Scrum Master Experience in business analysis including requirement gathering, defect troubleshooting, release planning and coordination Excellent English communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively Team-first, empathetic, servant leader with a growth mindset.
