About the job Responsibilities: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share Lead, mentor, and develop a team of salespeople to exceed targets and KPIs Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners to enhance business opportunities and improve sales performance. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions.
