Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with LGBT+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facility located in the beautiful, intimate six-bed house in the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area. Requirements: Education: Masters Degree in psychology, social work or a clinically related mental health field required. Experience: Three (3) years experience in the Eating Disorders field with at least 2 years management experience preferred. Ability to work with diverse population including all genders. Licensure: Registered Intern or Licensure in clinical field preferred. Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of JCAHO, state and federal regulatory requirements. Job Description: The Program Manager for Reasons Residential is responsible for managing the activities of patient care and milieu in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the residential philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to all other therapeutic personnel working in the Program. The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all medical record documentation is accomplished according to policy and regulatory agency standards in coordination with Clinical Director, Director of Operations and Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations and Clinical Director with hiring and scheduling therapists, communication among personnel, updating as needed and ensuring adherence to daily/weekly schedule. The Program Manager also serves as a group, individual, and family therapist.
