«out the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Team:  The Business Operations and Transformation team at CI is instrumental in driving performance across the global organization. Focused on delivering insights and enabling effective learning programs, the team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment to empower our clients and employees alike.    Role Description:  The Regional Learning Lead will be instrumental in aligning regional learning and development (L&D) initiatives and be accountable for the strategic global objectives. This role will focus on enhancing talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the APAC region. Responsibilities and Impact:  Content Development: Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments. Collaborate with Business Learning Partners, Learning Managers and subject matter experts to conduct comprehensive needs assessments and identify learning requirements and to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Strategic Business Alignment: Adapt L&D strategies to the specific business objective, translating needs into impactful learning solutions that enhance performance. Strategic Talent Development and Retention: Design and implement L&D programs that attract and cultivate top talent within the business and ensuring clear career advancement pathways and effective succession planning whilst working within the global L&D strategy. Fostering a Learning Culture: Promote an environment of continuous learning, encouraging knowledge sharing and lifelong development among employees within the region and global. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior regional, leadership and other stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are integrated and supported across the region. This helps in identifying key development areas and aligning them with business priorities. Measuring Impact: Leverage metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, ensuring strong ROI and data-driven enhancements for future initiatives aligned to regions business objectives. What We’re Looking For:  Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous. Extensive experience in business operations, transformation, and learning strategy, preferably in a global organization. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to drive change and innovation. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and regions. Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry or a similar sector is highly desirable. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global context. Experience in designing and implementing innovative learning and development solutions.
