Quality Assurance Manager - Theale - £38K

Hampton's Resourcing are working closely with a prestigiously known children's residential services provider searching for a Quality Assurance Manager in Theale!

Our client strives to provide the best possible outcome for the young people within their care by tirelessly developing their services to the highest quality to ensure placement goals are successfully completed to support them. Duties and Responsibilities:

• In consultation with the Managing Director, design audit and quality assurance systems to ensure that the quality of practice and services can be continually monitored against the regulations guiding children's homes
• To quality assure routine practice in homes to give critical feedback to relevant individuals that supports the development and improvement of these activities - supervision, team meetings, interviews
• To work with the Human Resources Manager to quality assure and stream line HR processes and support materials to meet regulations and support the best working of the company
• Support registered managers to prepare for inspection to support opportunity for each home to gain at least good or outstanding inspection outcomes

Skills and Experiences:

• Full working knowledge of current statutory and regulatory guidelines governing the operation of services for children and young people
• Establish and cultivate meaningful interpersonal relationships. Able to communicate effectively at all levels and in all forms
• Provide the best possible solution to problems, evaluating the consequences of critical decisions and are able to handle objections effectively
• Develop and comply with the systems and procedures and take a disciplined approach when undertaking tasks

Salary: £38K
