Responsibilities River Vista Behavioral Health sits along the bluffs overlooking the San Joaquin River, this brand-new, 128-bed facility, will provide high-quality and advanced behavioral health services to residents and visitors in the Central Valley. The new hospital will employ more than 250 people, including clinicians, nurses, mental health technicians, support staff, and administration. Job description We are seeking a highly capable data quality analyst to develop procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data. You will be performing data analysis, collaborating with the Quality and Health Information Management department to enhance data collection and storage procedures, and preparing data analysis reports. Join us in maintaining our reporting standards and ensuring the smooth flow of information. Qualifications Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data in our systems. Ensure accurate and timely entry of data. Conducting Internal auditing to include reviewing the medical record. Evaluating system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data. Communicate effectively with team members/ Department managers and Directors to ensure data. Accuracy. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Assist with data analysis and internal and external reporting as needed. Continuously strive for improvement in data entry processes and efficiency. Qualifications • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry, data analysis and reporting or administrative roles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
