• Communicating proactively and engaging with stakeholders to anticipate their needs, delivering on them, or transparently adjusting expectations;
• Defining, overseeing and reporting on key performance indicators covering budget, staff, and service adoption;
• Consulting clients and selling/delivering client work;
• Leading teams in DevSecOps core domains;
• Using CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Azure DevSecOps (ADO), Jenkins, and/ or ArgoCD;
• Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations using TFE, ARM, Bicep, Cloudformation, etc. across one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Demonstrating experience with CI/CD integration of common SDLC tools such as Gitlab, Github, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Veracode, and secrete management tools;
• Demonstrating experience with CI/CD integration with common monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk; and
• Working with container/orchestration experience (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Services like GKE, AKS, EKS etc.).
