Education, Experience & Skills B-Pharm / Pharm-D Minimum12 years of experience working in both manufacturing & packing. Excellent Communication & team management skills. Key Responsibilities Discussion of daily planning and work schedule with department head to achieve targets as per schedule and supervision, monitoring of all the activities carried out in Liquid Production packaging. To maintain effective all the records regarding department activities make daily output reports, monthly reports. To make all necessary efforts through personnel interest and experience to boost the production activities to maximum. Reconciliation of works order which have been completed with right first time and zero defect. To conduct the Level-1 Audit and manage for Level-2 and assist department manager in the preparation of Level-3 Audit. To conduct in house training ‘ON’ & ‘OFF’ the floor to management and non-management staff on Operational Processes and E.H.S. awareness to improve employee technical skills and knowledge for safety aspects. To provide support and cooperation to validation coordinator to carried out validation of product process, equipment and instrument. To maintain the utmost cooperation and coordination with related sections and department to achieve the key objectives. To provide support and cooperation to Engineering Department to preventive maintenance of machine as per schedule. To maintain discipline and administration in respect of scheduled tea/lunch breaks, arrival/departure, overtime and leave of the personnel working in liquid packaging. Why GSK?
