Partner with the bestAs a Process Quality Engineer (PQE), you will be r esponsible for Product Quality review associated with the manufacturing process, develop an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities, suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures. Standard Test PQE shall act as the cell focal point of Test Quality; he/she shall drive the cell to meet quality goals in terms of CoQ, defects count, Root Cause Analysis investigations and QMS compliance.
As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives;
- Provide answers to Customer's issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan;
- Drive the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction and zero punch list targets, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformities;
- Leads reviews with Cell and COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance, suche as weekly Defects reviews and quarterly IQS/QMR;
- Verify the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects
- Guarantee that the process for Non-Conformity management and punch list is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented
- Driving Farm-in/Farm-Out suppliers quality: perform qualifications and surveillance audits
- Drive and assure special and critical processes qualification & control and perform workstation audits
- Drive and maintain qualification of farm-in/farm-out activities and publish contractors scorecards
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
- Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
- Have a Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality Control
- Six sigma Green belt Certified
- Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes (preferred Apollo or Shainin certifications)
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Show teamwork and change agent attitude
- EU work permit
