Leveraging our highly efficient in-utero lentivirus injection technology (Cell Stem Cell 2020), cutting edge imaging and barcoded lineage tracing approaches (Nature Cell Biology 2018), we recently identified unique driver lesion combinations in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and molecular strategies for promoting targeted regeneration in radiation-damaged salivary glands (See our disease models, mission & approach).
