To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions team in Fornebu is looking for a Pipe Support Engineer who can help us succeed. 
 
What will you be doing

• 
You will be working as Pipe Support Engineer together with other colleagues in the Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:  
 

• Design and 3D modelling of pipe supports
• Coordinate the pipe support interfaces as necessary for assigned tasks
• Communication with internal and external client
• Ensure that interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way
• Checking of Pipe support drawings and other pipe support documents according to project requirements

 
We think you should have some of the following: 

• BSc or MSc in relevant field 
• At least 7-10 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas industry
• Previous experience working with NORSOK standard is preferrable
• Good general knowledge of the scope of work for pipe supporter
• Hands-on experience with E3D, STAAD Pro and Naviswork software
• Previous Aker Solutions experience, and Aker CAP Support tool is an advantage  
• Fluent English, written and spoken

 
Working location: Fornebu or Stavanger   
Contract duration: February 2025 with option for extension.
