This is a collaborative role where you will work with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider -- PA provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
