The Payroll SME (Brasil) will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll operations across both countries. Key Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead crucial initiatives and progress YOUR career. Your main responsibilities will include: Manage End-to-end management and oversight of Brazil payroll types (Payroll Advance, Monthly Payroll, Additional Payroll, Expats Payroll, 13 salary, terminations) Manage statutory and payroll deductions and special cases Manager Tax, social security and statutory compliance Perform Financial control, reconciliation and accounting Execute Reporting, calendar and governance tasks Stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications & Experience: Basic Qualifications: The following qualifications are essential for this role: Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years performing accounting payroll tax and payroll process experience. Manage End-to-end management and oversight of Brazil payroll types. Advanced English & Portuguese proficiency Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Preferred Qualifications: SAP Payroll expertise. ADP knowledge Workday Service Now Why GSK?
