Responsibilities The Vines is currently recruiting for a FT Registered Nurse to provide coverage in our Outpatient Department. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all out patients in the PHP and IOP program. The Registered Nurse coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served.
