Þsignation - Operations Manager ( E - Commerce) Location - Mumbai ( Goregaon W) Qualification - Any Graduate Experience - 3 - 5 Years Role & responsibilities : Driving sales performance, analysing past performance, and setting realistic targets Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer retention and loyalty programs Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analysing competitors to identify opportunities and threats Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to stakeholders Using historical data to forecast future trends Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or pricing strategies. Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) will be an added advantage.
