At GSK, we believe quality is at the heart of everything we do. As an Operational Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving quality processes at our Algeria site. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with our rigorous standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Review and approve manufacturing batch records and analytical record / reassign and release materials / supervise production line Ensure compliance with GSK’s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements in all operational processes. Support the creation, update, and management of documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct training to ensure team members understand and adhere to established quality processes. Monitor and address quality-related issues in real time, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Oversee systems for document control, distribution, and storage using electronic tools. Assist in audits, inspections, and quality reviews to maintain readiness and compliance. Qualifications At GSK, we seek individuals with the skills and mindset that align with our values of patient focus, transparency, respect, and integrity. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering or biology. 2–5 years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Key skills include deviation management, change control, complaints management, and quality oversight. Proficiency in MS Word and other electronic documentation tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, operations, or a related discipline). Experience in quality assurance or operational roles within a regulated industry. Familiarity with quality standards and document control systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Work Environment This is an on-site role based at the Boudouaou site, Algeria.
