You will regularly engage with patients to ensure they are actively participating with the treatment groups, activities and therapy or physician meetings in order to support their ongoing treatment goals. You will work closely and productively with nurses and other unit staff to assure overall coordinated and therapeutic functioning of the treatment setting, including providing input to improve functioning. You will document patient interactions and engagement as well as patient presentation on a consistent basis Qualifications Your Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED required (This WILL be verified & documentation required) Must be 21 years of age to apply Able to pass a robust criminal history background check and drug screen Preference for candidates w/degrees or certifications in Human Service fields and or CNA or BHT / BHI certifications
