Marketing Operations Specialist I, MSS Day to Day Responsibilities: Devise campaign framework (setup structure/hierarchy) across different marketing programs by activity type, tactics, and segments to align with global and regional governance Set up Campaign IDs in SFDC (manual creation and bulk upload) Generate tracking URLs for gated landing pages including source codes to evaluate campaign performance/effectiveness Perform campaign audits of picklists, hierarchy, maintain data feeds, handle upgrades, workflow, and integrations Create documentation, training materials and maintain the knowledge base for the broader team. You are/have: Minimum one year experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and/or Marketing Systems/Technology. Hands-on experience with SFDC CRM in the Marketing or Sales areas. Excellent communication skills - Strong oral and written communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Comfortable learning and using new software tools. Solutions-oriented mindset. Experience working in a cross-functional environment. Critical thinker and analytical point of view. As a member of the Lead Operations team, you will collaborate with Campaign managers all over the world to help them launch programs that reach millions of people. Question 2: Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? The primary goal of this position is to assist marketers in establishing their marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating global campaigns on time and at scale using tools such as Workfront, Salesforce, and others. Master VMware's Marketing rules, guidelines, and standard operations within 30 days of hire. Using your previous platform experience, become an expert in the VMware Campaign Hierarchy setup process within Salesforce. Be a tinkerer: try out new ideas, dig into the results, and propose ways to improve campaign performance. Question 3: What type of work will I be doing?
