OVERVIEW The Operations Supervisor provides leadership for the whole shift. They establish effective relationships with all employees to foster a team workplace where cooperation, innovation, and manufacturing capabilities are used to solve problems. They drive sustainable performance through leveraging people and process and creating an environment where learning is meaningful for the business and the employee (connected to results, drives out losses, helps build the employee’s capability). The Operations Supervisor leads the operational plan, and they are responsible for the Run results and support the Improve results for their shift. The performance metrics include ownership of Human Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Performance, Cost, and Engagement. We have multiple Operations Supervisor openings. Candidates must be willing to work either 2nd or 3rd shift. A specific shift will be included at time of job offer. 2nd shift - 8 hours, Monday - Friday 2nd shift - 11 am - 11 pm, Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday 2nd shift - 3 pm -3 am, Sunday - Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 3rd shift - 11 am - 11 pm, Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday To learn more about our Cedar Rapids plant and the surrounding area, CLICK HERE!
