Job Summary This position will be responsible for launching and facilitating the new governance framework and governance forums supporting the operating model. This position requires a transformational leader who embraces change and new approaches to working, has a friendly, approachable, and professional presence, is results and efficiency oriented, great at balancing multiple priorities, optimistic with a relationship building mindset, superb communication skills across a vast stakeholder group, and has the ability to comfortably work with executive leadership. This is a new role and responsibilities include building a team to support this new function. Travel is required. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team responsible for: Planning and facilitating governance forums to approve and prioritize demand Ensuring the appropriate information is available for decision making Facilitating trade-off discussions Ensuring visibility to prioritization of demand Creating polished executive level communications Producing executive level metrics Collaborating with Initiative Owners throughout the demand process to ensure all conflicts are resolved Cross-collaboration with Domains and Portfolio leadership Building and coaching teams Knowledge of Portfolio management processes and governance Extensive experience facilitating executive level forums Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels Knowledge of DRIVE, Common LPM and/or SWIFT is a plus Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based information synthesized from structured and unstructured data and information Understanding of portfolio management tooling solutions Self-starter with high degree of independent leadership Strong problem-solving skills Experience leading enterprise-wide transformational change programs is a plus Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Five to eight (5 - 8) years work experience in areas including, but not limited to: project management, forecasting, process improvement, or competitive analysis. Demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communications and human relations skills. Travel required. Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
