Job Summary This position will be responsible for launching and facilitating the enterprise demand intake function which will review, triage, and route demand to the appropriate path for prioritization and execution. This position requires a transformational leader who embraces change and new approaches to working, has a friendly, approachable, and professional presence, is results and efficiency oriented, great at balancing multiple priorities, optimistic with a relationship building mindset, and a superb communicator across a vast stakeholder group, and has the ability to comfortably work with executive leadership. This is a new role and responsibilities include building a team to support this new function. Travel is required. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team that facilitates the demand intake function including: Working with requestors to ensure demand requests include the appropriate information Collaborating with stakeholders to confirm owning and impacted domains Partnering with architects to determine demand classification Ensuring demand is routed to the appropriate process based on demand type and domain and/or portfolio ownership Ongoing alignment with the Governance team to ensure requests are reviewed in the appropriate forums for approval Providing ongoing visibility to the demand mix of incoming demand Ensuring consistent usage of enterprise tooling for demand management Knowledge of portfolio management processes and governance Experience facilitating demand intake within a Portfolio and providing ongoing demand management support Understanding of portfolio management tooling solutions Knowledge of DRIVE, Common LPM and/or SWIFT is a plus Extensive experience providing updates to all levels of stakeholders including executive leadership Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based information synthesized from structured and unstructured data and information Self-starter with high degree of independent leadership. Strong problem-solving skills Experience leading enterprise-wide transformational change programs is a plus Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Five to eight (5 - 8) years work experience in areas including, but not limited to: project management, forecasting, process improvement, or competitive analysis. Demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communications and human relations skills. Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
