Handshake Process between Factory Planning & Corporate Planning is ensure by Planning Manager. Agreed Prodcution plan to be communicated to all the Cross Functional team(Planning Dept,Production,Call off,Warehouse,Quality, Planner to monitor Actual on daily basis and track.Plan vs actual on weekly basis & Record to be mainatined. Material Planning team takes input from DRP & Communicate the Call off Schedule to Vendors. Ensuring the material availability as per Production plan.
