Job Summary About Strategic Development: The Strategic Development team answers “what’s next” for Comcast by developing strategic partnerships and discovering new growth businesses. Strategic Development identifies, negotiates and manages strategic deals on behalf of the company, including groundbreaking partnerships with Netflix, Amazon, Google, and many others. About Project Mosaic: Project Mosaic is the name of our company-wide initiative to identify new Generative AI (GAI) opportunities for Cable and get the rest of the company engaged for the transformation ahead. To support the acceleration of this work, we are hiring a Project Management team to report to our new Senior Vice President of AI Transformation, who will be starting in November. This leader and team will inform our strategy and prioritization, and work with the business units to ensure they have what they need to execute the right high-impact and innovative GAI projects that will make us industry-leading and world-class in this space. Job Description Summary: Responsible for helping facilitate transformation utilizing advanced program management skills and knowledge to follow the organization's AI strategic plan and lead large-to-medium and/or moderately complex programs spanning multiple organizations. Delivers outcomes, longer-term improvements and benefits in support of the organization's AI transformation goals. Mentors junior members of the team. Job Description Core Responsibilities Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget allocation, acting as the liaison between finance & AI transformation program leadership. Participates in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Responsible for creating and tracking KPIs relating to AI Initiatives. Builds program plans and maintains program record. Identifies and manages program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies across functional teams. Works with leadership to obtain and assign resources to the program plan. Analyzes areas of risk to avoid risky activities by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas. Establishes contingency plans and identifies trigger events and assumes responsibility for initiation corrective actions. Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs. Ensures proper documentation. Ensures program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall committed timelines are met. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
