Experience: Minimum one (1) year as a LVN in psychiatric nursing preferred. Licensure: Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications, and CPR certification and successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) including restraint and seclusion policies within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
