We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Lubes Sales Coordinator and Non-Lube Purchasing Referent to oversee and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and the procurement of non-lubricant materials and supplies.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration of orders and confirmations (recording in SAP)
- Communication with customers, warehouse and other internal departments (via phone and email) to support the work of sales colleagues
- Processing the invoice and dunning process
- Cataloging and organizing partner contracts and clients' data
- Handling and investigation of customers' complaints
- Supporting activities to increase customer satisfaction
- Managing office supplies and consumables
Skills and experience required:
- Completed secondary education
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience
- Experience with a similar job is an advantage
- Basic MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, independent work
- Basic knowledge of English and/or German
