Qualifications Position Requirements: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with licensure and registration by the South Carolina Board of Nurse Examiners as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This position requires a minimum of one year nursing experience. One year prior child/adolescent psychiatric experience is strongly preferred. Must possess knowledge of general and child/adolescent psychiatric nursing, therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, growth and development, limit-setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors and BLS.
