We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who will be a literacy specialist, with an enthusiastic passion for language and learning. They will assist in the classroom under the supervision of the class teacher as well as providing students with one to one/small group support as required. The main focus of the role will be of providing literacy support to pupils with SEND and EAL needs, although some Maths and Science support will be necessary lower down the school.
The successful candidate will have the experience and energy to relate to and support our pupils. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to ensuring that every pupil succeeds and gets the support and encouragement they need.
