S&P Global Corporate The Role: Lead IT Project Manager The Team: Our Digital Technology Services (DTS) IT Project Management team works with various technologies that use their expertise to resolve divergent issues and implement innovative solutions. We support a global enterprise with essential initiatives and objectives to provide state-of-the-art solutions to meet the demands of our business units and customers of S&P Global. The PMO provides project leadership, support, expertise, and mentorship for initiatives. The Impact: You will work with a talented team of Cloud architects, engineers, and infrastructure/application security professionals to ensure compliance with information security governance and guidelines. The candidate will work closely with and build positive relationships with internal and external partners through providing regular project updates. You will lead large projects that provide the company with a secure and reliable IT infrastructure. Drive discussions to socialize technical design and integration approaches with cross-impacted dependent applications. Manage and track project tasks and activities to ensure performance and delivery against the plan. These include identifying and managing critical dependencies and coordinating with key stakeholders to address issues as applicable and required to ensure project objectives and deliverables are delivered. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored within the project. What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. 7+ years of financial origination experience and 5+ years of technical PM experience. Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), or understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models, as well as traditional project management principles and practices. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships at all levels in the organization. Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes. Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment. Strong project management experience in a related industry with demonstrated achievements in planning, directing, and implementing multiple and concurrent large-scale complex projects. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams. Ability to work effectively with diverse styles, skills, and abilities across cultures. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong negotiating, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAFe Certification PMP Certification Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
