Position Responsibilities: • Accelerate hospital listing for BMS products in assigned hospitals for new products/indications/formulations • Maximise access opportunity and address/solve access issues in key hospitals for BMS launched and matured products. • Support to achieve national and regional access objectives (e.g. NRDL listing, regional outpatients reimbursement policy & regional tendering) • Deliver value message, design and execute national/regional programs with key hospitals and maintain good relationships • Regularly participate business review to communicate hospital-level policy affecting business and support business decisions Requirements: • BA/BS degree or above, major in Medical, Pharmacy Administration and Public Health is preferred • 3+ years of career experiences in pharmaceutical/medical device industry with relevant key account experiences • Proven track record of successful key account achievements • Good relationship with regional key hospitals • Result driven and ability to influence outcomes in complex matrix • Excellent communication skills and collaborate mindset • Excellent project management • Strong ownership and self-driven • Sense of urgency Travel Required ~30% If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
