IRC224552 - IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

At Eni, we are looking for an IT System Administrator within Eni International B.V in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. You will give on-site IT and TLC systems support and liaise with Eni Head Quarter ICT to provide the company with effective ICT systems and any required management information.

As IT System Administrator at Eni International B.V you will be responsible for :

• P roviding on-site server and network support and where necessary work with Eni Head Quarter ICT support and outsourced IT Provider.

• Assisting in the provision of 1st and 2nd line technical support via telephone, e-mail and face to face interaction for laptops, printers and any other ICT equipment.

• Able to diagnose system faults quickly and competently and to resolve or externally escalate them when required. Take care of running systems and inventory-asset management.

• Able to learn on the job and to put that knowledge to use in reducing the time required to solve issues.

• Assisting in the administration of the Company's assets and connections including mobile phones, internet connection and telephone system and the company's security integrated system

• Assisting in the production and maintenance of documentation relating to the Company's ICT systems.

• Proactively improving ICT and business procedures with use of Microsoft Platform tools.

• Supporting users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.

• Working with the technical teams at the Head Quarter office to ensure the smooth delivery of IT technology and networking infrastructure.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

• Information technology related degree or equivalent experience (4 years minimum)

• Sound written and oral knowledge of English

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Availability to be on-call also during the weekend

• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Power Platform

• Recognised industry certification or experience: Microsoft O365, Microsoft Power Platform, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Server Administrator

• Knowledge of Italian language is a pre

• Motivated to generate change

• Team player while being able to work independently.
