Education/Experience BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience of 8+ years of project management. Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization. Strong motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple teams. Build and maintain relationships by engaging all team members and leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives. Ability to lead the project team and hold everyone accountable for achieving project and team goals. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Energetic, proactive, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment. A good understanding of IT Infrastructure architecture, technologies, solutions, and implementations is a plus. Experience in the automotive domain is a plus. Organizational Relationships Interacts with other colleagues at all levels in the conduct of day-to-day activities.
