About the Role Monitor incoming alerts from a variety of monitoring applications. Escalate issues as needed in a timely manner to ensure Service Level and Organization Level Agreements are achieved. This position can evolve to include more technical responsibilities that include triaging tickets for server and network issues. Responsibilities Monitor applications and processes and assists with escalation / remediation steps. Follow documented process for daily activities. Perform actions based on business/operational needs and prepares system reports. Assist with incident management and support requests. Work with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues. Verify environment stability. Perform daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work. Requirements Able to expand skills within an analytical or operational process. Able to follow standardized procedures. Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Able to work within established procedures and practices. Understand existing procedures to resolve incidents. Able to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and share information and ideas effectively. Communicate Exchange information and ideas effectively.
