Partner with the best The HR Project Management Specialist will be responsible for ownership, design, expert support and service delivery for HR Shared Services.
As a HR Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects to support the delivery of HR Shared Services, including implementing new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes and tools.
- Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Contributing to project as a team member.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Being a Bachelor's degree student from an accredited university or college
- Experience in Human Resources and Project Management
- Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and English with good oral and written communication skills.
- Have a advanced knowledge in Spanish.
- Have the ability to work solo and be able to identify and drive process improvements.
