Warwick Independent Schools Foundation is one of the largest independent school charities in the country, with some 2,800 pupils and 800 staff.
We are currently seeking to appoint an exceptional HR Officer to work with our HR Operations Manager. The appointed candidate will have experience in HR systems implementation/migration such as CIPHR or the implementation of other HR systems.
You will support the HR team in providing an outstanding level of service provision throughout the Foundation, ensuing a blend of pragmatism and best HR practice. The appointed candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and will provide specialist advice, guidance and support to senior management on a range of employee relations matters.
The successful applicant will have:
• CIPD level 5 Intermediate / Diploma in Human Resources Management
• CIPHR or other HR systems experience
• Proven ability to provide a proactive HR service within a fast-paced environment
• Experience of building effective working relationship with managers and other stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to influence or persuade others
• Consistent attention to detail
• Experience working in HR within an educational setting (desirable)
