•re hovedkontakt mellom bedrift og offshore personell
Handtere og gjennomfore mannskapsskifte i samarbeid med kunde
Ha kontroll pa/ sjekke ansattes kompetanse, kurs og sertifikater
Booking av helikopter, fly, hotel og kurser for ansatte
Registrering, oppdatering og vedlikehold av personal data
Sjekking av timelister for offshore personell hver maned
Ansvarlig for fornuftig disponering av arsverket og sikre maksimal utnyttelse av tilgjengelige offshore dager
Sikre god og sunn dialog mellom bedrift og offshore ansatte, herunder ogsa informsjon til og fra offshore ansatte

Job description:
Be the main contact between company and offshore personnel
Manage and carry out crew changes in cooperation with customer
Have control of / check employee skills, courses and certificates
Booking of helicopter, flight, hotel and courses for employees
Registration, update and maintenance of personal data
Checking timesheets for offshore personnel each month
Responsible for the reasonable disposal of the annual work and ensuring maximum utilization of available offshore days
Ensure good and healthy communication between company and offshore employees, including information to and from offshore employees

Qualifications:
Good at communicating both verbally and in writing
Be able to work with strict deadlines and possess good organizational skills

Experience from the above tasks is an advantage
Good data knowledge, including SAP
Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and orally
Knowledge of agreements
