
Functions as the lead member and is responsible for providing leadership, a high level of customer-focused service, and promoting a positive and professional image in all situations. Daily work schedules and responsibilities fluctuate according to business needs. Performs training, coaching and counseling, of both new and existing employees. In the absence of the Hospitality Services supervisor, assumes the daily duties as relief supervisor.
- Require availability to work weekends, holidays and other shifts.
- Require three (3) years of experience in the hospitality industry or two (2) years in a similar position.
- Require basic ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Require successful L2 Background screening for anyone requiring access to SMH behavioral health facilities.
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
FDL: Valid Driver's License
