We seek a highly motivated and hardworking IT Technician able to manage the Trust's ICT Helpdesk and device fault system. They will be part of a team of staff enabling IT across our busy Trust and supporting the work of the Service Centre.

The successful candidate will be organised and have excellent IT skills and hardware repair knowledge; they will have the ability to inspire others, be decisive and ensure impact. They will be responsible for dealing with queries from staff and students, ensuring that helpdesk queries are dealt with expediently to ensure the continuity of teaching and learning with the Trust.

In return, you will enjoy a unique working environment in the heart of the Weald of Kent. There is an independent nursery based on the school site.

Homewood School & Sixth Form Centre is a mixed 11 – 18 wide ability school with Academy status with 2000 students including 350 in the Sixth Form. We are part of Tenterden Schools’ Trust working in collaboration with local primary schools serving the Wealden town of Tenterden and the surrounding villages. The school is situated on the edge of Tenterden and enjoys a large semi-rural site overlooking open countryside.
