Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a a Health Communication Specialist III to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP), Office of the Director (OD). This person will provide Health Communications and Digital Media Support. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Provide data for the analytical support of contracts. Assist in developing financial trend analyses. Assist in execution activities, such as organizing and tracking contract invoices and deliverables, monitoring burn rates, and analysis of advance liquidations. Assist with developing and reviewing project-level budgets and spend plans. Assist with identifying, developing, reviewing, and reconciling budget and financial data sets. Provide updates and maintain data sets to assist in decision making. Assist with data entry. Assist in tracking expenditure of funds. Assist with preparing and processing funding documents, analyzing variances, and reporting. Assist with closeout tasks. Provide support with all required organization and program financial reports. Assist with developing and maintaining tools and databases. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Four (4) to seven (7) years of relevant, direct comparable or similar work experience. Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience to substitute. Possess a Public Trust clearance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English. Must be able to report onsite, to the clients Atlanta, Georgia location, Monday- Friday.
