Head of Philanthropy – Capital Campaigns

£60,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience & location)

Bolton or London office, with hybrid working (home-based & flexible working, travelling 2 days/week to locations across England)

Permanent; full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (4 days a week, salary pro-rata)

As Head of Philanthropy – Capital Campaigns, you will drive a step change in philanthropic income local to each new Youth Zone, ideally seeking +£1 million gifts from individuals donors. Active, innovative fundraising will be key, together with travel to the locations of our new Youth Zone projects to meet with local philanthropists.
