Responsibilities Update and cleanse price lists on real time basis. SAP codes/description to be updated/cleansed. Solicit Quotation from suppliers and prepare bid comparison for approval. Lead dispute resolution regarding material supply, quality issues, invoice and payment issues Prepare monthly supplier score card for quality and delivery vs. plan. Share benchmarking against industry / market standards. Support in developing new suppliers. Represent GP with Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain for all innovation and productivity projects. Support Category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers. Create and Maintain SAP contracts. Tracking, Reporting and uploading monthly productivity projects in relevant tool. Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations. Keep close tracking of productivity pipeline to cover any risks to the plan. Support commodity reporting; maintain price & inflation/deflation database including internal and external data. Supplier liaison for supplier quality assurance program Support the preparation and submission of Procurement Quarterly submissions, Annual Operating Plans and PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP). Support developing reports, analysis for Corrugate and other packaging. Qualifications Relevant bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in direct category Sourcing (Preferred experience in Corrugates & Flexible packaging) in FMCG. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. High financial acumen. Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP. Initiative-taking and ability to manage multiple assignments.
