Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management Lead and mentor a team of firmware engineers working on power electronic converters, protection applications. Define roles and responsibilities, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative team environment, promote knowledge sharing, and drive professional development within the team. Technical Strategy and Planning Develop and execute the firmware technology roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. Define architectural frameworks and design standards for firmware solutions in power electronics. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability. Technical Expertise and Guidance Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on complex firmware challenges in power electronics. Review and approve critical design decisions, control algorithms, and code implementations. Contribute to the resolution of high-level technical issues and debugging of complex system problems. Quality and Compliance Ensure firmware designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines. Implement and maintain best practices in firmware development, coding standards, and documentation.
