We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Financial Analyst role supporting our consumer lending operations. The Financial Analyst will partner with their assigned sales and operational group leadership to perform financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, operational strategy, and analytical activities efficiently and effectively in support of major business decisions and overall financial health. The Financial Analyst will report administratively to the Head of FP&A, functionally to Sales & Operational leadership, and will be based out of our Plano, TX HQ, with remote/hybrid optionality based on performance. Compensation to include salary and bonus, commensurate with market and experience. Job responsibilities are as follows: Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business Build, maintain and improve financial models to plan, measure and forecast the business Partner in the development of state level operating plans to optimize profitability and growth Establish financial and operational metrics to measure performance and ensure strategic priorities are met Translate financial analysis into clear data-driven storylines and insights Participate in ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics; MS/MBA a plus Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis and financial modeling experience.
