OSI Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. This individual will also perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance, as well as gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Responsibilities Support the financial close, as well as quarter end public reporting. Provide support for quarter review and annual audit, including adherence to SOX compliance. Analyze certain accounts and publish analysis to senior management. Compile the monthly forecast / annual budget. Design and maintain consolidation schedules. Analyze and populate for Securities and Exchange reporting (10-Q and 10-K). Distribute monthly foreign exchange rates for financial reporting; analyze foreign exchange impact. Participate in cross-department working groups and special projects as required. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable required 3+ years of financial analysis / accounting experience needed Must have strong Excel skills and experience with business software Must have experience with general ledger and portfolio accounting software (Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close, Oracle Smart View, ERP system, a plus) Must have understanding of basic accounting Needs strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a cross functional team environment Outstanding decision making and problem solving skills are necessary Excellent communication skills Please review our benefits here: Life at OSI The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location and date of hire.
