Full Time - Finance & Data Officer - Secondary School - Central London

Based in Central London, this Outstanding Secondary School is looking for a School finance & Data Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, articulate and professional individual who can commit on a full- time basis and is available to start ASAP. This is a full-time role.

Ideal Candidate:

Finance & Data Officer - responsible for cover management; will also be expected to cover reception when needed. Strong It skills, familiar with FMS and SIMS. Responsible for the range of finance tasks e.g. raising purchase orders, processing invoices .etc. You will need to demonstrate the following:

The Role:

• At the direction of the Federation Bursar to undertake clerical, administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school.
• At the direction of the Head of School to undertake accurate pupil data collection, management and reporting across the school.
• Produce clear, concise, accurate information to support senior leaders in raising standards of performance in school.
• Ensure that information in the school's publications is kept up to date.
• To manage the daily absence cover arrangements for the school.
• To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.

Essential:

• Passionate
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Excellent ICT skills and the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven success in a Finance & Data officer role
• Current DBS or willingness to obtain one
