Field Specialist - Artificial Lift

As a Field Specialist you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.

As a Field Specialist, you will perform installation/pulling of complex Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore oil and water wells.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment
• Assisting with the set up and start up of Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's
• Handling special projects
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in ESP installations
• Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred)
• Have industry experience and product line training
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills
