At Eni, we are looking for an Engineering Manager within our Branch in Qatar. You will ensure that engineering activities by Pre-FEED/FEED/EPC Contractor are carried out in compliance with project requirements and as per project schedule.

As a member of the North Field West (NFW) Offplot Project Team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and managing a project Engineering strategy and surveillance plan which will achieve project objectives for cost, schedule, quality, and facility efficiency and reliability, as agreed with Shareholder and Stakeholders.
- Ensuring quality of engineering deliverables by Contractor in compliance with project requirements, with deviations thoroughly documented as per project procedures.
- With a clear understanding of key engineering problems and as the person responsible for Engineering execution, reviewing priorities and providing lead engineers with clear direction (action plan, priority, timeframe).
