Responsibilities To lead CFT meeting and to define the process flow SMT - B/E - Packing BOM certification and IDM calculation on new product that is going to be mass production. Periodic Review and updating of Engineering Work Instructions and related Forms. Supervise the process implementation in production during New Product launch. Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data. Jigs/fixture design fabrication, and detail of preparation, readiness and validation. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Generate report (Build report, Improvement, Evaluation/Validation, etc.) Generate and update process documentation and operating instructions.
