Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek claims.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:

• Duck Creek Claims configuration;
• Duck Creek API;
• Duck Creek user interface development;
• Duck Creek Data shredding; and,
• SQL Server.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven track record in Property and Casualty Insurance such as:

• Personal Lines;
• Commercial Lines;
• Direct and agency distribution channels;
• Insurance contracts;
• Product models;
• Policy administration;
• Claims;
• Billing; and,
• Advisory (ISO/NCCI/AAIS) agencies, regulatory and compliance agencies.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as an agile team member by:

• Delivering high quality work in an Agile environment;
• Having previous experience in work estimation;
• Leveraging progress reporting;
